Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 3–8 working days from the date of order placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking details, allowing you to track your shipment throughout its journey.
Shipping Charges
- A shipping fee of ₹90 is applicable on all orders below ₹599.
- Free shipping is available on orders of ₹599 and above, or on orders eligible under any ongoing offer or promotion.
- Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the availability of courier services in your area. After your order has been dispatched, the delivery process is entirely managed by our courier partners.
While we work with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, Auravie Jewels cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as transit times may be affected by operational delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
